== Signal ==
This is a hint as to what cipher to use: A common method of sending signals is [[wikipedia:Morse code|Morse code]].

== *%%$*$%*%*$**... ==
The ciphertext is encoded with [http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/morse.php Morse Code.] However, a trick has been played. This message uses "*" for dot, "%" for dash, and "$" as a letter/word separator.

First, decode the ciphertext to "''.-- . -.-. .... --- --- ... . -... --- - ....''", then decode that to "''WeChooseBoth''". Now add the results to the address bar in your web browser, and the result will be the [[ARG:Guardian|Guardian]] page.
