This page contains spoilers about the Heartbound ARG. If you want to solve the puzzle yourself, avoid reading this article.
There really isn't much to go on here, except for the source code.

The Sound of Silence
What do we have to go on? Well, the title is a start: The Sound of Silence
. Previous pages had music, like Salty. This one doesn't.
A little trial and error and the "Wav" hint in the comment, leads to TheSoundOfSilence.wav.
Ride The Wav
We've been here before. The sounds are DTMF and we have a decoder. Pay attention to the spaces between the notes:
1235 1 235 235 2345 134 1345 145 156 1234 134
Go On
A sequence of numbers, each formed of sorted digits between 1 and 6. Given that, the first could be equally well represented like 123.5. or ***.*. or...
12 1. .2 .2 .2 1. 1. 1. 1. 12 1. 3. .. 3. 3. 34 34 34 .4 .. 34 34 5. .. 5. 5. 5. .. 5. 5. 56 .. ..
That's obviously Braille. Decode with Rumkin or dcode. But be careful, there is a standard numbering scheme for Braille, and this isn't it. The dots are numbered:
14 25 36
The Braille decodes to "PASSTHROUGH". Add that to the URL, and move on to Into The Abyss.
