ARG:You Will Help Me First

ThatGuy

The first part of the puzzle is figuring out who the people referenced in the hint are. However, it turns out we can just ask. Add "ThatGuy" to the URL, to get an image of Binder:

As above, but an image of Baron:

This part of the puzzle is very much a "you get it or you don't" puzzle. The ciphertext is "XpnwHfZolKvtp", and from the hint "ThatGuy + ThatOtherGuy" we know what the key is, the question is how to decrypt it.

The first stop (and it's the right one this time), for any puzzle about decrypting a string given another string is Vigenere.

Use the key: "BinderBaron"

Given that, decrypt the string to "WhatDoYouWish", add that to the URL, and you'll get the Do You Agree page.
