This page contains the second two sets of Guardian Glyphs. Continuing the pattern set by the first level, the puzzle itself is in the source code of the web page. Our hint this time is "Signal".

Signal

This is a hint as to what cipher to use: A common method of sending signals is Morse code.

*%%$*$%*%*$**...

The ciphertext is encoded with Morse Code. However, a trick has been played. This message uses "*" for dot, "%" for dash, and "$" as a letter/word separator.

First, decode the ciphertext to ".-- . -.-. .... --- --- ... . -... --- - ....", then decode that to "WeChooseBoth". Now add the results to the address bar in your web browser, and the result will be the Guardian page.
